📖 How It All Began
It all started in 2018 with two adorable guinea pigs named Biscuit and Cookie. What began as a family pet adventure quickly turned into a passion when we discovered the incredible joy these little creatures bring.
We noticed how hard it was to find healthy, well-socialised guinea pigs in Perth. Many pet store piggies were stressed, poorly handled, and came without any guidance for new owners. We knew there had to be a better way.
So we decided to do something about it. We learned everything we could about guinea pig care, nutrition, and behaviour. We connected with experienced breeders and veterinarians. And we committed ourselves to raising guinea pigs the right way – with love, proper nutrition, and plenty of socialisation.
Today, Guinea Pigs Perth is proud to have helped over 200+ families find their perfect guinea pig companions. Each of our piggies is raised in our home, handled daily, and sent off to their new families with everything they need to thrive.
